Find out the itemised account of the First Fleets provisions, in order to better understand the care that it took in setting up the first ever settlement of Australia.

In 1779, the First Fleet arrived in Australia and embarked on their new lives on a foreign continent with no fabulous buildings, no pubs or taverns, no crops and no white people such as themselves to be seen. It must have been a stark and unforgettable experience to have been a convict setting food on Australia for the first time. But what did they have with them?
